I'd much rather stay as a holder of AJD long term and there not be a takeover by either NXT nor TGP. There are precious few opportunities to expose one's portfolio to this sector in Australia.
As noted, the only real way to stay exposed is to buy NXT but that's all about the growth, I have been happy collecting dividends and with no volatility.
