While that is true bj, with ptx you get at least four shots.
Plus one is for an indication with no current treatment. That makes it much easier to be commercially successful as there is no clinical competition. A small improvement is enough to get approval.
Plus as mj said, at the moment the downside is low as there is a large cash backing. As opposed to the likes off ftt which lost over 95% of its value in just one failure.
