My last experience with a up and coming resource company was MRE, when it was known as Anaconda Nickel.....investors poured millions into the company and the share price did well but constant capital raisings diluted the share so much that eventually Anaconda reduced the amount of shares by reducing every 10 shares that a shareholder owned to 1 share without adjusting the share price, so our investment was effictively wiped out. Then many people were left with an unmarketable number of shares that the company eventually acquired for next to nothing......then with the company up and running it started to make huge profits.....the result being that all of the original investors, who invested the money to get the company off the ground, were left with nothing leaving the spoils to directors and late coming shareholders.....I hope Arrow does not follow this same route.....
