    I am no mine either but both of us would probably do a better job than the current crew.
    The main problem seems to be a productivity per man issue, it is way to low. Realise that artesian miners were making a living out of this before HIG enters and you will see what I mean.
    I think it is narrow seem so hard to get mechanised equipment to extract without high dilution therefore need to use guys crawling on there hands and knees
    You can have only 2 possibly 3 at the stope where the mining is actually taking place with airlegs (unless you can get jumbos in) therefore those at the face need to have high productivity to prevent holding up the rest of the chain . To do this shifts should be shortened in length and productivity bonuses paid. also there is too much dilution of material with inexperianced operators mixing a lot of gange wiht the ore this also slows down productivity.
    Personally going by the hedge position with gold prices prices going up continually I doubt if they will be profitable for the next year at least.
