Market cap needs to be around earnings + goodwill because of their lack of product innovation and future growth prospects.
They are at that maturity stage in a saturated market with competitors coming in the Bamboo space. Rev only up 11% would be concerning them. They need some new products, not product lines of SKUs.
Website sessions are up but conversions are down, they need to identify why this is, what is stopping the consumer from checking out, is it competition or UI/ UX or price who knows?
The net assets are only 4m too, they really need to get some wriggle room there.
Hopefully they can pull it all together as they have some great goodwill and branding, they just need to capitalise on it in Australia with a new product line. Entering the US market will be challenging IMO
