well maybe test the waters with renting first..........it will be cheaper to escape if the relationship goes bust.......assuming you both live at home......why not take one step at a time.......try living together, then if that works, think about buying......there is no rush......they did not drop interest rates.....you can wait until they drop interest rates before rushing in
