di-ricardo If there had been a material difference to earlier forecasts, ie +/- 10% rev, the company would have had to say something by now. Otherwise, you cant expect a company to leak information like that to the market ahead of time.
Comments regarding financing do spook the market right now but discussions with bankers regarding loan arrangements are material and must absolutely be disclosed. I can totally understand the ambiguity of the language because negotiations would be ongoing and the last thing you would want to do is box yourself into a corner right now.
Remember, we are dealing with a different management team these days. I think we should expect a more professional approach to investor relations (under promise and overdeliver). Anything less would be unacceptable and would surely lead to a mass exit..... I'm sure they know this.
