which benchmark or survey did Dash come out as #1 for FP technology?
how much AUM does Integrated Portfolio Solutions have with Praemium?
any link or reference would be appreciated.
Also, IMO not a problem with Praemium's strategic, discounted and earnings accretive acquisition of OneVue. They will look to port them over to Praemium as they have with PowerWrap.

Yes in hindsight the $1.50/share offer from Netweath would have been wise to accept. On a macro level, the rate hikes up to November last year have contributed to many small cap stocks including Praemium decline in value since that offer.
Annual report will be an interesting read on costs if they've been held steadier as predicted for the 2nd half of 2024 and to see how EBITDA margins are holding up.
