yes sometimes its best to be a nervous nelly would have thought the Tasmanian announcements would have been coming through to the market by now.
I suspect we are seeing a big delay in spending as Rudd has not been very proactive in quickly putting stimulus money out to Councils so tenders can be put out for contractors work.
