People may be okay with being vaccinated themselves, they see it as a necessary evil, but don't want their children to be impacted, or their other family. Many are aware of vaccine injuries or have had them themselves to a small or larger degree. I know of four people who had first jab and won't have a second due to their own adverse reactions.
