Newsflash to lapdog - governments have been closing down and withdrawing services from small communities for decades. Witness the hollowing out of towns all across rural areas, as farms became bigger and people moved away.
It's already been going on for yonks. But people like you seem to think Aborigines can live in a time warp protected bubble, irrespective of the cost or feasibility of providing services.
