A change of of just 0.3c on a 1.9c share is more than possible, if it was a 15% change on a e.g. $10 stock yes I'd agree it would be odd, but on a stock that moved from 1.9 to 1.6c doesn't require much. To check if it truly was odd we would need to do a statistical analysis but just based on my observations of other shares of similar value its not unusual.
