On reflection, it would seem to me that THR are in a very delicate position at the moment with regards to Dundas. Until the JV negotiations are signed off I would be sending the drill rigs away, locking the samples they are to assay for nickel etc in a box and giving them to THR's lawyer for safekeeping.
With SIR's Nova discovery and nearology at play, THR need to be exceedingly careful to avoid the risk of accusations of concealing the prospectivity of the lease, as has happened with AGS vs Quasar.
