I really see it as a no brainer now Klob. Smarter people than me, well, people that know the geology of the area anyways, have paid a lot more than the going rate to grab a slice of this turf.
Its sit back and wait now for the updates, which will just pop up out of thin air one day.
Few sellers coming on at 13.5, but nice consistant buying today, love to see it close at these levels.
p.s. Anything over $2, and I'll be shouting air fares!!!(Books have closed though now, regulars only hehe..) France sounds great may even pick up a shack whilst there..
