I feel the 4 years vs 5.5 years can be written off as both camps expect mine life to be multiples of JORCed resources.
QOL has only signed off on a 1 + 3 take off.
Hard to compare when THR hasn't signed off as of yet.
From memory QOL has a bit more cash in the kitty than THR due to recent placement. THR may want to keep dilution to a minimum.
I hold both, am however holding 5 times more THR as its the U that I'm betting on. QOL also has secondary targets that they are currently proving up, but my strategy was to hold U tenements in U friendly states/territories, however each to their own.
