Dfs will boost, the market will respond 4.5 cents plus, but I think the market will really look to see off take agreement and the type of funding.
Will a cornerstone investor take a placement. If they get off take bank finance is an option. Love to say 10 cents but we might see that on finance and depending how the UK, also I would say off take and a lot of other things will fall into place when DFS is out. Have seen a few Chinese investor place in situations like this 20 to 40% above market. Will be interesting, was surprised on the sell down but that's the market and it gave a lot a chance to reload.
