The other encouraging thing about the earnings of CKF is that they pay out a dividend of 50% of profits from the QLD business only.
At the moment, all profits from NT and WA are being used to expand operations in those states.
When the time comes to start paying dividends off that whole earnings base, the share price won't be stuck in single figures for long.
