Another Day on the Radar

In trying to 'master' this trading art these last 5 months, I'm up around 0300 (that's the pro seafarer coming out), read my notes, read STT; await announcements etc. RAD was on my radar this morning - not significantly - although I did recall the ticker, having lived over a radar screen all my pro life. Well before the announcement, I noted the 2 buy orders at 5.1 and 5.2, totaling about 515K. Last close was 4.7 and there were 2 higher sells: 4.8 and 4.9 adding to about 495K. Next sell order was up at 10c. I spent some time pondering opening price, not having to deal with a large gap before, and forgot about the advice not to buy the open, which proved true again. But what's a few pips in the greater scheme.

I read the meager RAD forum and noted @abdu 's positive comments. I even had a chat conference with my US based trading friend, who is an expert in all things trading apart from pennies, although he is constantly warning me...... This was all well before announcement.

I hadn't placed an order by the time it came, but when it did, the problem of the gap was superfluous.

Standing average is 9.1, parcel under 100K. Unloaded some luggage to get there: SOC, BRK - ouch ! May do the same with BRN tomorrow - it owes me anyway - and God forbid, LWP - no, just joking Ozzy!

My last parcel is presently the last sell in line. You'll require a radar to see it: use long pulse; short band width. Maximum range scale too.
