I think the market with this one is going by the amount of money that has been spent worldwide on developing ReRAM or being the ''leader of the pack'' in this soon to be mainstream memory storage industry.
ReRAM is a technology that within 5 years will completely wipe out and take over the flash memory industry, as it is much more efficient in containing data (i.e. why have 16gb in your iPhone when you can have 6000gb)
now obviously there are a number of competitors in the field, but Weebit claim to have been able to derive this product using silicon oxide (sand) as its input material as opposed to rare earths (e.g. titanium) - and have patented this concept globally.
if this is the case, and i'm sure it is as the scientist James Tour who is dubbed as ''the godfather of nano-science'' is behind it, then they will have companies like Intel, Sandisk and what not knocking on their doors in no time.
Nihilism's point above about Intel already all over ReRAM only strengthens the idea of how important this industry is moving forward. if your technology has something unique and ''ahead of the pack'', you will be bought out in no time.
The upside potential of this is enormous beyond belief.
