The claim that ".. the logic must necessarily apply to all complex entities, including a creator." is an assertion, an assumption and in this case also an error.
It is only a problem in logic for those who elevate logic to the status of Creator.

On the contrary, you are imposing the rules of logic as if they were a limitation and above the Creator of logic.
This is like imposing the rules of conditions for life of humans on the microbes that live quite happily in volcanic vents or the rules of matter on the macro scale to matter at the quantum scale.
Human logic is limited, relative and often not even useful for understanding everyday events let alone creation.
Since the Creator is not subject to any requirement for compliance or otherwise to "rules of logic" there is no case .. flawed or otherwise .. that needs to be established.
Nor is this a question that can be resolved by using the rules of logic.
