    "If the assumption that the creator could exist without a creator is used then why restrict this to the creator?"

    It is restricted because the Prime Creator is a special case which is beyond the usual "attributes, rules and limitations of creation".
    Think of it as analogous to the (non) number zero, the mathematical concept of infinity or the proposition of a "singularity".
