Not sure where that came from, I used to work for Net and they provide secure networking similar to an SDWAN, scalable as they use Vector Packet Processing which is a standard developed by Intel and Cisco, its open source so Net can use it as much as they want. However that is not a definition of cyber, that’s secure networking. Cyber security is much broader and covers a massive space if you really want to understand it look at Checkpoint, snowflake, crowdstrike, cloudflare etc, Networking is a part of the solution, which in may cases can be bypassed with the modern approach to end point and application security applications. The NIST standards mean you can run everything over internet if you are compliant.
