So apparently it can take weeks or months to get a decision after the hearing. Also, I'm assuming if there was to be an out of court settlement it could even happen within this waiting period. My guess is we'll go to court, the govt's lawyers will confirm that they are clearing in the wrong and don;t have a leg to stand on and to save face they will aim to settle out of court in the following weeks, having dragged this out as long as they can.
