Did any of you see the story in the FIN on Tuesday 4 July page 12.
IT reads landowners in a province of PNG set to supply gas to Australia are threatening to shut down energy projects.
It goes on to say, they would stop negotiations on the proposed PNG-Queensland pipeline which will feed from Southern Highlands fields, if allegations that their governor stole money is not droped and so, and so on.
Thats why I like QGC ,,, that pipeline may or may not be build one day but in the meantime QGC is able to get there foot well and truly in to the Queensland market which as we know needs lots of gas and what do you think would happen to the shareprice of QGC if that pipeline gets seriously delate or not even build?????
Two things the shareprice of QGC will go through the roof, or one of the big boys would try to bid for QGC, what ever happens QGC is well placed,,
Read that story for yourself.
and now to the story about the takeover of QGC it was in the FIN on Monday 3 July page 20 and reads..
Another potential target is QGC although any bidder would probably have to offer a decent premium to the 81 cent a share paidby director and 16% shareholder Dale Elphinstone and so, and so on
Once again read the story for yourself you guys know were to find it now,,,
