In Australia not long ago a police officer arguably executed a defenceless lady in a dementia ward using a taser and saying bugger it reportedly.
The trial is starting and no manslaughter charges let alone murder charges have been issued and he has not attended court

Normally there would be civil unrest but when the guns have been taken away, its a vassal state of US hegemony and the country is landlocked with little means of escape it is a real worry for the region in terms of disrupting harmony and interaction let alone goodwill
