So from what I can tell in the announcement 12th April detailing the HOA we have until 30th September to complete (from page 3):
- Promesa to complete all necesary shareholder and regulatory approvals
- All tenements currently held to be disposed of upon succesful completion of the transaction

Otherwise the agreement will be terminated.

So within 2.5 months we need:
- Shareholders meeting to approve transaction (28 days notice?)
- Issue of prospectus and raise minimum $5million capital (days?)
- Application and readmission to ASX (days?)
