cash at bank will be 3.5~4 mil and xx % of stake in Imagine room. still Thd shares are undervalued.
How can THD shares be undervalued??? With 3.5-4 mil in the bank after they dispose of their only asset capable of generating future income and a MC of 7 mil, my maths say they are overvalued by 3 - 3.5 mil.
This would put their SP value at 0.2 of a cent. JP is our guardian
JP is an astute businessmen looking after HIS best interest, not yours (unless you are employed by him???).
