No - THD the listed company wholly owns AR Tech Pty Ltd, Project Savy Pty Ltd is privately owned and formed by the managers and directors of THD, something they have cobbled together in their spare time. Maybe this is where Imagine Room Pry Ltd fits in??

THD the public company has sold the Sweep business, a business that has cost THD many millions of investors dollars to develop for 670,000 + costs (minimal) to AR Tech Pty Ltd (who THD owns) who in turn have made an arrangement (still undefined) to part with 80% of this company to Project Savy Pty Ltd (privately owned, formed by the Management and Directors of THD).
So the management and directors of THD, clearly looking after the best interest of THD, have given Project Savy 80% of the Sweep Business to "De Risk" THD.
Setting up AR Tech Pty Ltd and selling them the Sweep business, allows THD to benefit from 20% and Project Savy 80% of any potential earnings, whilst ringfencing both THD and Project Savy Pty Ltd from any liability if it all falls over racking up a score of debt.
This just leaves THD as a public shell with a good deal of cash, in the hands of a couple of high profile investors, who have likely done a deal with the current management, the deal was ownership of Sweep.
THD will be de-risked from poor management, the shell will probably be re-sporned into something completely new and different (mining probably), a 10 for 1 (or something along these lines) consolidation for remaining shareholder to be rolled into another new IPO.
Just my thoughts on how this looks, but could be completely off the track.

Actually I think you are on track.

It actually does say subsidiary not subsidiaries. So yeah thred only owns Ar tech not project savvy. Apologies for the confusion
