Until they stop saying "Test and Learn" and start announcing user groups the market won't be overly keen on marking the SP up again to any substantial level. SP has been pushed, prodded and milked already. Welcome to the fallout and carnage of that.

They need to actively start the hunt for users before salaries and any perceived inactivity eat the bottom line. Month on month numbers are important. Market won't like it at all if those numbers don't move. They will grow tired of hearing Test and Learn instead of Move and Act. Getting mass users will take time. I'm expecting hardcore SP pressure for a while yet.
