100,000,000 Options ($0.0625 @ 30-May-17)
that means 100m options are out there with a strike price of 6.25c. i.e. the options can be converted to shares at a cost of 6.25c per option/share to the owner. So these will only be exercised (converted to shares) if the share price were higher than 6.25c.
If the SP stays around 2-4c these optsion will lapse = good for the registry. But i'd prefer a SP at 7c and have these options converted!!
