no - the price has stabailised and will resume upwards based on record production and oil price. ROC have started decent production at the best time in history to start selling oil. Look at every broker's valuation and see what the oil price they base their figures on is, and you'll understand what I mean. The investment community are currently valuing Angola at zero. I think the odds are still well and truly stacked for gains at these prices.
