If they had any integrity ASIC would remove them, asking questions is just appearing to be concerned when the rest of the industry know it's a conflict of interest.
Spineless and gutless, they should have been stripped of their powers as recommended by the senate enquiry into the insolvency industry in 2010 where they admitted their failures with the Ansett collapse. The organisation is either incompetent or compromised, need another enquiry to determine the close relationship between ASIC executives, politicians, bankers and those within the insolvency industry.
Truth doesn't fear enquiry, deceit on the other hand enacts laws and rules in an attempt to cover its deception.
