I hear what you are saying 10 but John may well pull off something special and raise 100% of the cash through debt arrangements and off-take agreements, with zero share placements. He stated clearly in the latest BRR interview that he is aiming for 100% debt and he may well come good on it. It has been done before by junior developers so there's no reason John can't do it. Time will tell. And if he can do it, things are looking really good for future SP. Busting
