when i rang LLC a while back (before the 2nd proposal) the contact there said the issue for LLC in its investment in BBC was RETURN.
so any furthermoveson BBC is goingto be predicated on what returnon investment they will get.
Having said that,if they buy shares from BNB at 29c, then buying at 19c has to be a good bet.
