Difficult to say what the dividend will be, however after twelve months earnings per share should be about 12c and a year after that 2009 EPS will probably be around the 33c mark, I still believe these figures to be conservative. My personal valuation also sees a lot further upside in the share price. The Toll Nolhurst report is a good indicator of this especially since Guadalupe realy has not yet been included in the estimates.
