Guru Bob, you have very well summed up the facts as well as the "feel" of the AGM.

I would like to amplify your point about the the leases having intrinsic value.

As you have quoted:

These leases have an intrinsic value so never think we are short of equity as they are very valuable which could be realised in the near future."

I think we are now probably over the worst phase, having survived an attempted strangulation at birth, with its NDE,
and can look forward to a rosier future.
