    One:- Rome was not built in a day and James Cruickshank was not the foreman on the job. Patience is required.

    Two:- The buyback does not necessarily have to be filled,
    hence increased working capital.

    Three:- The share price still has an underlying value of 67 cents, regardless of what assets may be aquired with the cash.

    Happy new year all. This company will be one of the best performers in 2011.
