Interestingly, in a company announcement (Investor Briefing Update presentation slide 25 - 6/6/2013), Nexus specifically stated that there was quote:
"No need to raise equity to satisfy short term funding over next 12 months with focus on dual-track asset divestment process to provide medium term funding"
