I suggest that the current rise in rare earth prices is somewhat influenced by the inability of Lynas to supply customers that had let stocks run down in anticipation of the lynas supply filling orders. The situation will change again as supply from Lynas finally reaches the market, whenever that may happen.

No different to the pricing of fruit and vegetables after a flood or cyclone wipes out a proportion of the crop. Talking price is a waste of time at this stage. Let's see what the basket price actually is when Lynas is no longer a "basket case".
