Unless you are on the board, you have no basis in reality whatsoever for making this statement.
In point of fact the kind of executive search that would be appropriate in the situation the board found itself in three months ago would realistically take four to six months to play out properly.
If there is still no new CEO by years end, you might be able to marshall a case, but until then, no dice. I'm not buying your brand of crap.
