The capping at 5 cents really shows up on the following chart (straight green line), I have counted at least 20 trading days in January and July this year where it appears just enough stock has been offered to eliminate growing buying pressure at 5 cents, this is also showing up in higher volumes.
I believe the current building momentum (green arrow) on the back of higher gold prices and potential CTP announcements is now making it much more difficult to restrain. Any further improvement in the POG and/or positive news should see TAM bounce straight through this resistance and IMO may well reach its previous highs of around 10 cents given TAM's excellent assets.
