It seems to me that there is some crossing going on in the market and the few poor retail sellers are caught up in it. Does anyone know if an Indexed fund can sell to a non indexed fund owned essentially by the same investors? In such a case the price does not really matter. I note that the volumes do not seem to be coming totally from the buy and sell stacks.
