This sort of nonsense is why many young qualified people leave Australia and I am thinking of doing the same.
The finest prisons, police and mailed out fines that a Federal Parliamentary Constitutional Monarchy could provide but a legal and bureaucratic system that belongs in the Glorious People’s Republic of Zimbabwe.
