Yes, that was probably the disappointing element to the quarterly. I said at the time that production costs and marketing alone accounted for all the sales. So on the surface if we want sales to increase by $100k we probably need to increase marketing by $100k.
That should change at some point due to repeat sales. Hard to launch a new product than it is to maintain an existing product. This initial expansion into eastern states will be expensive but rewarding.
Once we have broken through, then marketing can pull back but sales will remain.
But it's the other costs at corporate level that have always held PNO back. Mainly rent/salaries. Once we reach that $800k per quarter figure all salaries are accounted for. Anything after that is clear profit.
If we are $290k now. Anything over $450k for the current quarter will be a positive. I can't imagine sp remaining this low if we pull those kind of numbers at xmas.
