Tony Pope is the only director that we are being asked to vote for or against. We are not being given the chance to vote for or against the other two at this time.
What will change? It's difficult to see how this might evolve....
Perhaps a strong NO vote or a majority NO vote would encourage more suitable people to nominate to become a directors? Then shareholders would have a proper choice of who will run the company and how it will be run?
Some unflattering publicity for the board may shame them into changing the way the company is run? It's not hard to think of an alternative the 24/7 consultants on tap. Perhaps the board could think a bit harder?
