It strikes me that the company needs to cut expenses dramatically and buy itself time. The 'forced seller' mentality of the board is causing huge damage to the remaining assets of the company.
When the board is paying itself $420,000+ p.a. they aren't really the type of people to run a lean ship.
Perhaps, if there is a strong NO vote against Mr Pope, more people will come forward as directors and the board will be forced to listen?
