There have been very few occasions when the unit holders of PIF, and now the shareholders of ARL, have been asked anything.

However WE ARE NOW BEING ASKED ONE THING, just one (and only because company law requires it). DO WE WANT TONY POPE AS A DIRECTOR OF ARL?

Voting on this one resolution at the ARL Annual General Meeting is the ONLY real, legal opportunity we have to be heard.

A vote for Mr Pope is in many ways a vote of confidence in the board and how well it is doing its job. It is the board that approves the appointment of FTI and Castlereagh. It is the board that signs all of the bills.

If you don't like what is happening to ARL then the only way you can voice that is with a NO vote on 'Resolution 2 Re-election of Director Mr Tony Pope'.
