I assume you've seen Ivne's post about the person ran into on a plane - very unlikely these stories/info are fabricated. So, instead of scaling back they continue to present themselves as these billionaire Samaritans. Looks like these guys are simply promising to do everything and puts anything on the line to try and impress and TRY and get funding ALL at expense of SHs. Looks like even more pain (CR) ahead in the very very near future.
