All progressed without a hint of significant issues due to insufficient news flow to the point where it became a punt and guessing game for shareholders.

Each was inferred by default to be going along ok by Ken's conservative approach not booming up the story but most importantly not divulging the issues.

More consistent updates would have lessened the reaction accepting that it would have not changed the result.

Ken's head needs to roll at the very least in my opinion.
