Agree - there must be change and new blood at the top. I do not want to see KC getting a bunch more "performance rights" re-set at a lower price. Bring in/appoint someone new/cheaper with new ideas/vision! This is no longer a small-mid cap, its a micro cap. Pennies need to be saved and a CEO at $400k+ can't be tolerated.
Also was very unhappy that the Board never had anyone independent on it. They were searching (apparently) for two years plus. Not sure they were looking real hard..... One lives in London for goodness sake. How is that useful to an ASX listed Asian/US explorer? Oh but that's right - he was the Chairman's mate - as was the CEO.
Not exactly exemplary corporate governance.
Too late now - but these things are all lessons to take away.
